I highly recommend Raushan at Veteran Guru Dog Training. He has
extensive knowledge of dogs and their behaviors. He was able to help us
with our rescue dog and his behavioral issues in our kid friendly home. Our dog was lacking
boundaries and had an unhealthy fixation with certain toys. Rashaun taught
our dog how to follow commands to improve boundaries and eliminate the
unwanted behaviors. He also worked with our whole family to give us the
tools needed to continue to work with our dog during off-training hours.
Raushan is professional and skilled at what is needed to help both the dogs
and their owners succeed. Our family is extremely appreciative of
Raushan, his patience, and knowledge in helping our dog accomplish his
goals.

Tofu🦴
I could not be more pleased with VeteranGuruDogHandling. My dog Tofu is an almost 3-year-old golden doodle, and he definitely lives up to his breed! He is such a high energy little rascal and loves to test his limits in any way he can. Of course living up to his breed also means he is a fast learner, given the right amount of attention and consistency. VeteranGuruDogHandling did just that! They helped slow down some of his bad habits and taught him the importance of eye contact, respect, and personal space. Now that Tofu has established both of those aspects, he’s able to have the best time at the dog park without me being fearful of him invading another dog’s space. Additionally, the eye contact is particularly important when it comes to respecting his owner (me) because dogs love to please. When he looks me in the eye when receiving a command, it is in his nature to respond accordingly. I have had the best experience with Raushan at VeteranGuruDogHandling and will continue to come back!
